
Aon Insights Series is a global annual series held by Aon that brings together the world’s thought leaders, industry subject matter experts, and senior business professionals to discuss the issues impacting organizations.
My team was responsible for creating a concept, on-site, and digital materials that are cohesive in branding while incorporating localized approaches to accommodate audiences worldwide.


Drawing inspiration from Aon brand films, the concept utilized a mosaic effect to connect Risk Capital and Human Capital expertise which Aon provides relevant solutions. The idea can visually represent the intricate relationship between these two sectors by arranging numerous smaller images into a cohesive whole. The mosaic effect not only creates a visually engaging narrative, but also underscores Aon’s comprehensive strategy in seamlessly integrating and managing both types of capital.
Motion was also closely directed and executed to convey the concept visually and through the movement while being spot on with the Aon brand identity, considering speed and subtle details regarding textures.


The opportunity to localize the concept to incorporate the audiences worldwide was done by accommodating images with industry-specific topics while keeping the brand voice by carefully curating art-directed photography to be brand-consistent throughout.



Overall, cohesively branded materials dominated not only in-person venues but also digital platforms throughout several social channels pre- and pro-event globally, facing clients and colleagues in UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and worldwide. 2024 Aon Insight Series - around a dozen in total - created opportunities with thousands of attendees featuring hundreds of speakers with several weeks of content.
